Introduction
CIC Environmental Services Sdn Bhd is a specialist oily waste management
contractor. CIC was founded in response to the need for a modern facility to carry
out the treatment of hydrocarbon wastes and recycling activities in support of the oil
& gas industry in Brunei Darussalam.
CIC's waste oil recovery plant in Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam produces high
quality industrial fuel complying with international standards. The plant has an
annual production capacity of up to 5,000 tons.
CIC major clients are oil and gas companies in Brunei Darussalam, notably,
Brunei Shell Petroleum Co Sdn Bhd and its associated companies and Total Elf
Borneo E&P

- Receive waste oil and oily water delivered in drums or vacuum tankers
- Perform laboratory analysis of oil and wastewater
- Recover oil for heating fuel
- Treat oily water within environmentally safe standards prior to discharge
- Received, wash and stored drums prior to disposal or re-use
